I tell investors what a company is really worth before they buy it, then help make it run better once they own it.

Industries run across the top of the chart on the front page. Types of work run down the side.
A company passes through these stages. I work across all of them, from fixing a struggling business to keeping a healthy one running well.
Pick a step to see what happened. The short version: I learned how factories really work, then started pricing companies that own them.
On each one I led the work day to day, ran a team of two or three, and was the main contact for a VP at the client.
Client and deal names withheld under NDA. Figures reflect deal size and impact.
A sterile injectable line loses hours of production when machines stop. Working out why used to mean days of digging through logs by hand.
I led the build of a tool that does it in minutes. It sorts every stoppage, compares this production run to past ones, and writes a plain English summary. Anything that touches a quality decision goes to a human engineer to sign off.
Screens above are rebuilt with made up numbers, not client screenshots.
Pricing a company and testing the case for buying it.
The software companies run on, and how I get data out of it.
How drugs get made and the regulations that govern it.
A 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run up the California coast. Training happens around a Monday to Thursday travel schedule, so mostly 5am sessions and long Saturdays. Same appeal as deal work: race day just shows you how good the plan was.
Marathons and long weekend rides.
Snowboarding. Last trip was Colorado with friends.
Wakeboarding and surfing whenever there is a break worth driving to.
Flying a DJI Avata 360. Best footage so far is from Panama and Rio.
Travel. Recently the coffee region of Panama, and Rio de Janeiro.
Building small AI tools on the side, mostly for job search and outreach.
Soccer, basketball, and the World Cup.
Happy to talk about deals, operations, or building AI tools in regulated industries.
